• PAN or address, only where you provide it for an 80G tax certificate.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials. Those are captured directly by our payment gateway, Razorpay, on PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

How we use your information

• To process your donation and send a confirmation and receipt.
• To issue an 80G tax-exemption certificate where applicable.
• To share occasional impact updates; you can opt out at any time.
• To maintain accounting and statutory records as required by Indian law.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade donor data. We share information only with: our payment gateway (Razorpay) to process payments; email and hosting service providers who act on our instructions; our auditors, accountants, and legal advisers; and government or regulatory authorities where required by law.

The Website uses only essential cookies and similar local storage needed for the site to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may then not work.

Data retention

Donation and receipt records are retained for the period required under applicable tax and accounting laws in India. Contact details used for updates are retained until you ask us to remove them.
