These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://dilsedaan.in (the "Website") operated by Dil Se Daan  ("Dil Se Daan", "we", "us"). By accessing the Website or making a donation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About us

Dil Se Daan is a charitable initiative that provides freshly cooked meals and food kits to underprivileged families and communities in India. Contributions made through this Website are voluntary donations towards this charitable work — they are not the purchase of any product or service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract in India.
• You confirm that funds donated are from lawful sources and are your own or that you are authorised to use them.
• Donations from outside India may be subject to applicable foreign contribution laws and may be declined.

3. Donations

• Donation amounts displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Meal counts shown against each amount (for example, ₹250 = 10 meals) are indicative estimates based on average kitchen costs and may vary.
• Donations are applied to our food-distribution programmes generally; we cannot guarantee that a specific donation reaches a specific individual.
• We may apply a reasonable portion of funds to programme delivery costs where necessary to carry out the work.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited and its partner banks and payment networks. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials. Your use of the payment gateway is additionally governed by Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy. A donation is complete only when the payment is authorised and confirmed by the gateway.

5. Receipts and 80G

A donation receipt is emailed to the address you provide. Where applicable and subject to our registration being valid at the time of the donation, an 80G tax-exemption certificate will be issued to the donor details supplied. It is your responsibility to provide accurate name, email, phone, and PAN details where requested.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when donating.
• Do not use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design — belongs to Dil Se Daan  or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

8. Limitation of liability

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Website. Our total liability in connection with any donation shall not exceed the amount of that donation.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page with an updated date.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bangalore, Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
