Shipping & Delivery Policy

Dil Se Daan  does not sell or ship any physical products. Contributions made on https://dilsedaan.in are charitable donations, so there is nothing to be dispatched to the donor. This policy explains what you do receive, and when.

Digital delivery to donors

• A donation confirmation email is sent to the address you provide, normally within 15 minutes of a successful payment.
• A donation receipt is emailed within 1–3 business days.
• Where applicable, the 80G tax-exemption certificate is emailed within 7 business days of the donation.
• There is no delivery charge for any of the above.

If you don't receive your email

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still hasn't arrived, write to support@dilsedaan.in with your name, donation amount, and date, and we will resend it within 2 business days.

Delivery of meals on the ground

• Meals funded by donations are cooked and distributed by our partner kitchens and volunteers, usually within 24–72 hours of funds being allocated.
• Distribution happens at slums, shelters, hospitals, and schools in the communities we serve across India.
• Meals and ration kits are delivered to beneficiaries directly, not to donors.
• Photo and video documentation of distributions is shared through our impact updates.
